I want to rent something from you, how can I do that?

We try to keep this Fresh and as simple as possible for you! Simply look through our pieces on the site and add to your wishlist. Send the wishlist to FWR and we will get in touch with you asap. You can also share your wishlists with friends and colleagues, or share on your Pinterest boards!

How do I get my rentals?

We have a full-service delivery ready to deliver your carefully selected pieces to your location! (Details about how much delivery service is goes here, what kind of notice you need for delivery windows, here) Our delivery team will place your rentals exactly where you want them to help transform your space.

Can I come see you in person?

Fresh You Can! Yes, our showrooms are open to clients by appointment. We have locations in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

What if I don’t know what I want?

We can assist you with that! Send us a note at info@thirsty4fwr.com with a general description of what you are trying to achieve and one of our specialists will be in touch. They can help guide you through our collections and get you started. If you need more assistance, then you might want to check out FWR Studio, who can help you plan your event, from start to finish.

What if I don’t see what I want on your website?

We keep our website updated daily, but also have Fresh new inventory and decor coming in every day. If you have something in particular in mind, drop us a line at info@thirsty4fwr.com, and we can help you find it.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over the United States but we will even go out of the Country.

Can we pick up our own furniture?

Yes you can pick up your own furniture. This service will be called “Will Call”. We will pull, prep, wrap and help you load your items into your truck. You will be responsible for setting up your own furniture and taking care of the furniture when you load it back up to return it to our warehouse.

Can you ship items to us?

We are happy to ship items to you, but you will have to arrange and set up freight shipping with a trusted carrier of your choice. We will wrap and secure items on a pallet. You will just have to take care of the pick up and return shipping with your carrier.

What types of events do?

We do it all. It could be a single bar rental or a full truck load of items. We don’t discriminate, it could be an order big or small.

Do you deliver, set up and strike?

Yes we do. We deliver, setup and pick up all of are items.

I was in your showroom and I saw a item I loved but I don’t see it on your website?

Yes that is probably true! We’re always making new items and some items don’t make it on the website, so always feel free to let us know what your looking for. We may have what your searching for even though you don’t see it on your website.

Can we brand rental items with our logo?

Yes, most every item that we have we could brand for you. Just send us your artwork in eps. or ai. file format and we will handle the rest.

Are you able to do renderings, mock ups or floor plans?

Yes we can. Pricing will be determined on the scale of the job needed.
